Aperture libraries not showing on itunes/iphone Sync

Anyone else having problem with some select aperture libraries not showing up for syncing through itunes??

using newest itune/aperture 2.1 on new 3.06 imac 1tb 24"

ive tried rebuilding the previews.. didnt seem to help
