Smallest, Lightest Notebook?

After looking at the Digital Wallet and Digital Album (Nixvue), I think that, for me, a small lightweight Notebook will be the answer to field storage backup of images from CF 1 cards. Although the cost is obviously much higher, I will also have the advantage of full PC capabilities.

Can anyone recommend a truly small (approx 10 " x 8" x 1") light (approx 2-3 lbs) notebook that has an internal CD RW drive? I would also like a DVD drive if possible.

Since I will be using this as primarily a portable device, under 1 GHZ is fine, 20 Gig HD is adaquate, 256 MB RAM is ok and a 56 k modem is a must.

Would you suggest a seperate CF! card reader for field use and transfer? Too bad the notebooks dont come with an onboard CF slot.

Any suggestions?
