S100fs at the beach. Which Film Simulation mode works best?

I took some shots at the beach today, being our first day of REAL summer here in Bordeaux.

...Trouble is I couldnt decide which film simulation mode would work best, so i I used the bracket feature to figure out later which one to use.

Any thoughts on which one works best. I'm torn between realistic skin tones and capturing the warmth of the hot sunny weather.

Provia gives a good medium ground for the beach

Velvia really brings out the warm colours of the beach, but is it over saturated?

Portrait brings out the skin tones on the beach, but does it cool down the rest of the scene too much?
