Nikon D80 Grip gets loose.

My grip is a constant problem for me. As tight as I can force it (by hand), it still works itself lose. Then the battery contacts don't make, and the camera goes dead.

Is there a good way to get the screw to stay tight? I've considered super glue, or lock-tight, but that seems like an excessive cure. Ideas please!
