Lumix DMC-FZ50 color space

When I input my photos into Photoshop CS3 from my DMC-FZ50 it asks me if I want to use the embedded sRGB IEC61966-2.1 color space or convert to the working space I'm using in photoshop which is Adobe RGB 1998. I always chose to convert, however, if possible I would like to change the settings on this camera so it shoots and records in Adobe RGB 1998. Is this possible?
