Shooting tethered in Aperture & converting to DNG on the fly

I still use my DCS Pro SLR/n extensively in the studio. I have been shooting tethered using Image Capture and auto opening in CS3 Bridge. I recently began using Aperture 2.1 as my primary image processor and image manager. To do so, I have been converting most of my old DCR files to DNG. I would like to shoot tethered in Aperture and convert the DCR to DNG on the fly so the raw images automatically appear in Aperture. Does anyone have a solution for this using Automator or some other means?
