Bag under the eayes, how to avoid ?

Hy,

I'm new to studio lighting, i ' ve noticed with the same model, sometimes i have a dark spot or dark lines under the eyes and sometimes not.

Could you give me some adivce to avoid this. I think that the key lignt might me to high or to low , but i can't determinate it precisely.
