Canon 100 mm f.2.8 macro or Tamron 90 mm f. 2.8 SP Macro???

Can you help me in making a decision between the above mentioned lenses? IQ wise.

I know that the Canon has USM, the Tamron is slow and has 10 mm less reach.

Looking at photozone.de the Canon slightly wins over the Tamron.

Looking at http://www.nnplus.de/macro/Macro100E.html (please copy and paste), the Tamron slightly wins over the Canon.

I there someone who have used both and can tell me something about the IQ?

Main purpose will be macro. By the way those are the lenses in the priceclass in which I'm looking so don't mention the 180L etc.
The camera's wich I use are a 1Ds and 1DII

For your input..Thanx

Emile
