Much better but she still seems a little bit tense. Just out of curiousity, how long are you asking them to hold a pose before releasing the shutter? In my admittedly limited experience I've found that a pose goes "stale" very quickly. Only a really good model can hold a decent pose for more than 1-1.5 seconds without it getting stale.

If you watch any video of a pro working you will see this. The time between the model striking the pose and the flash tripping is very, very short.

I shoot mostly portraiture and this is doubly so with those who haven't modeled. I catch them on the way to posing or by some other trick. Only a few people out of a hundred are "naturals".
Nice work,
-Kent
