I'm considering signing up for this new Nikonian Academy course offering.

1. RATE THE NIKONIAN ACADEMY CLASS (on any topic) YOU TOOK 0-10

The D300 offering is new so I don't expect many have taken it yet, but great if you did. I'm all eyes.

If you have taken ANY class put on by Nikonian Academy, how would you rate the quality/your level of satisfaction (10 = fabulous. 0 = total waste).

Would you consider taking another course from them in the future?

2. COMMENTS
I would appreciate any comments/observations on quality, organization, etc.

What suggestions do you have on getting max value out of the class (besides getting as familiar as possible with the user guide & camera beforehand by reading, shooting pix & noting questions)?

How about instructor preferences, recommendations?

3. BRING A LAPTOP?

The overview mentions bringing a laptop (as an option). Did you bring yours? What are the pros/cons of doing/not doing so?

4. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TRAINING OFFERINGS BY OTHER ORNANIZATIONS?
Those would be helpful too.
