Regarding Sony H3 accesories

Hey guys,
Can anyone recomend me a good tripod for Sony H3?
I mean a small one that i can easily carry with me all the time in my rucksack?
I was reading in the manual that I need to buy lens (For wide angles, Tele-conversion and close-up)
but i can't find ...Can anyone help me?
And regarding filters is important to buy them?
