Traveling to Italy

I will be taking a trip to Italy this summer(one and probably only). My equipment includes the k100d 16-45 lens, pentax 50-200mm, and Pentax 50mm AF 1.7. I also have the 360 flash. I would like to take as little as possible and was wondering if I should dump the 16-45 and the 50-200 for the Pentax 18-250. I was also considering the Tamron 70-300 instead of the pentax 50-200. I figure most of my shots will be outdoors, so I probably don't need a really fast lens. And in those cases I do I could always get a way with the 50 1.7. I never make prints larger than 81/2 x 11 although I may do a lot of cropping so I was also considering trading up to the K10d. What are your suggestions as to the equioment to bring.
