Sorry, I forgot to give you my standard advice.
1) Define what you want to produce and work backward to pick gear

2) Start with one light ( 300ws), a medium softbox and a white reflector. Once you get going it will become obvious what else you need. Jumping right in with 3 lights is a good way to drive yourself insane and ruin your motivation. The other positive of this approach is that if you don't like the Strobe you pick you can dump it and only be out the Strobe and Speedring, everything else can be kept.
