New(ish) panasonic that shoots RAW

Hi all,

I'm looking for a P&S camera to accompany my SLR. The main features I'm looking for are :
1. Low shutter lag (0.4s or lower)
2. Shoots raw
3. Good noise levels up to ISO 400

My boss has the LX2 which meets the raw, but sensor noise seemed quite heavy and noise reduction seems quite much, even when set to low. The shutter lag is also a lot higher than my wife's Canon 850 IS.

Have Panasonic done anything since the LX2 that still shoots raw, but meets my other requirements?
