Anyone using the DataColor Spyder3Pro?

if you have this for calibration, please share your expierences. I had the first Spyder and their print profiling combo and had good results, until the the Mac went to OS X, and they stopped supporting their product. I was not happy with their customer support, and they wasted alot of time (over 30 days for emailing and phone calls, eventually, telling me that they don't support "That old product, buy a newer verision." at which , of course, I was pretty miffed.

I had no complaints with the product for screen calibration and print profiling, it did a pretty good job and allowed adjustments to the profile that I found very good. I'm hestitant to buy another of their products, due to their customer service attitudes, etc. But the competing packages, EyeOne and Gretag Macbeth, are considerably more $$.
