Copy/clone software?

I'm looking for a backup software like Superduper for Mac (see link below) for Windows Vista. After the first initial backup you can run incremental backups to keep it up to date. If the hard drive crashes all you need to do is swap drives and your back to where you started. The hard drive would need replacing so this would save having to do a restore. I have the same size drive on a USB port in a drive enclosure, now all I need is the backup software.

Acronis backup looks like what I need but I'm not sure. I send them an email but waiting for a reply. I wanted to see if there were other alternatives.
