I bought the Lexar 4GB 133X and I use RAW in my shooting. I just counted the blinks to write the RAW file. It took about 6 blinks and sometime a short blink more to write the RAW file. I didn't get the Panasonic one because I'd have to order it and wait for it to ship. I can only find 2GB Panasonics in stores. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the Lexar 133x sdhc. Lexar make some very fast memory cards and usually rated high up in R/W tests. I've tried the 16GB Patriot in my GRD2, and although it's very spacious, it's very very slow compared to the Lexar. So I'd say go for the fast Panasonic ones or Lexar 133x.
