best memory card for E-510?

I'm going to buy a 2nd hand E510 as my first DSLR. As a newbie, I just wonder:

1. can anyone recommend the best CF card for E510?

2. I guess I'll shoot with RAW+JPEG, do you think a 4GB card is enough or should I go for a 8GB? Since I perfer to carry 2 smaller cards rather than one big card, I guess I'll choose between the options of 4GB+4GB, 4GB+8GB and 8GB + 8GB.
