I think it's better (for money) buy a normal 77mm polarizer (non slim) slimmers have problems with the lens caps

I've this lens and i'm very happy with it (check my photostream if you want to see some samples of it)

I did buy another lens cap (as you think) because sigma one is very difficult to take of when you have the petal on.
