I think if you caught the motion at its peak (takes practice, and patience from your model) you could probably shoot that with the SB800... I was reading another thread on here within the last week that said as much, at least. I'm looking at the same thing...first set of lights not on the camera, but with a larger budget(not mine...my company's) - I've been lookin at the 3head kits from Profoto and Broncolor - each kit is around $7,000 each or so. Calumet, however suggested that their travelite 750 kit was real good for a lot less($2,000), I don't know the subtleties, but I'm looking into it now...good luck.
