H9 Mode Switch

Hi,
The mode switch on my H9 has stopped recognizing its setting. It happens mostly on the P & S mode.
It's under warrantee so I just sent it for repair. Has anyone had this issue?
I have taken over 10,000 pictures with the camera and overall I am getting great results with it.
