Novoflex is a German company that specialises in accessories and had a big following in the '60s with their Rapid-Focus telephoto systems. "Noflexar" was the brand label for their lenses.

They also produced nice and versatile bellows with lens heads to match, plus a unique click-stop extensible 35 Macro Noflexar. Seems the Calument description is of two new versions of these older Noflexar lens heads for close-up photography. Only useable on bellows, through.

I used to have the 60mm Noflexar and it was OK, but not outstanding. The 35 Noflexar is excellent for UV photography. Don't know anything about the new designs.
