B9180 and Leopard
Nov 2, 2007
|
As soon as I installed Leopard, I have lost the ability to select a
Paper Type under the Print Menu dialog box. If I attempt to select a
preset under the Preset menu, the only thing I can select is Standard
or Last Used Settings. I have lost the ability to select any
different paper types under Paper Type and Quality. This happened as
soon as I installed Leopard.
I talked with HP support this AM and they were not aware of any
problem and suggested I talk with Adobe. Adobe suggested that I
re-install the drivers for the B9180 and that has not solved the
problem. Anyone else with a problem?
