What mode do you use most (and why)?

I'm curious what mode folks use most. I use aperture priority mode 95% of the time and adjust the exposure compensation to fine tune the exposure. I mostly shoot landscapes and so I think about what DOF I want as the first step. Even with a portrait, I think DOF first. Secondly, in lower light, I may open the aperture to get a hand hold shot before I start bumping up the ISO. I'm controlling the shutter this way, but I don't see a situation where I would want to use shutter priority mode. I don't even get what program auto mode would give me over AP or SP.
