Sandisk Extreme CF III vs IV for 40D

I use a 2GB Extreme III and a 512MB Extreme II in my 20D. I think I'll need a bigger primary card in the 40D. Am I going to see any advantage with the 4GB Extreme IV over the 4GB Extreme III?
