Time for 7D refit

A700 will be here in a few days so I'm preparing to send my 7D in fop repair. Problems I am haveing are; first shot freeze up which requires switching off and restarting and lately the shutter refuses to engauge even with a restart.
Are there any other issues that I should have checked as well?
