G9 amazon uk supplier

I note that the Amazon UK supplier for the G9 is jacobs digital.
Previously I believe they were using pixmania who attracted some
negative comments.
Does anyone have any experience with jacobs digital, either positive
or negative? Does amazon refer all post sales problems and queries
directly to their supplier or offer first contact support?
