Using 2 Oly cameras same day

Wondering how some of you who use 2 cameras the same day manage the downloading when the file names show the same date and frame # on each. Camedia wants to load the second files on top of the first ones with the same name. I'm sure I'm doing it the hard way by adding a file extension to each of the first ones before downloading any of the second ones. Suggestions are appreciated.
TIA...I'm using a 3000 and a 2100.
