This happen to anyones shutter button before?

Diesn't matter if you have a 10D, 20D or 30D. All functions are working. You are in Av mode. You press the shutter button but it doesn't click.

Turning camera off and on doesn't fix problem. No error message. Taking out main battery and putting back corrects the problem but shutter button is still lethargic or sticky.
