iPod Touch and photo transfer speed.

So do you think the the flash based iPod Touch will be a fast option for photo transfers directly from a DSLR? That would really be great! I guess you would still have to use Apple's iPod camera connector. The previous Nano seems to be flash based so I would think it would be faster than an iPod (w/ hard drive) but haven't found any real-world practice. Any thoughts...
