Where can I download Captue NX 1.2 key?

I'd like to buy the Nikon Capture NX 1.2 key (and s/w) online for download.

But I was surprised to see most places are selling the s/w for shipment, not download.

Does anyone know of any reputable places to get NX 1.2 via download?

I only found one store: imagemixer.net, and I haven't heard of them (not on resellerratings.com neither).
