Lightroom = Capture NX? How?

I posted this in the retouching forum, but it received no responses. I am hoping that some one here might have some answers.

Hi all,

I just started using lightroom. I really enjoy the software, but I don't like the default raw conversion of NEF files compared to Capture NX.

Does anyone know of a tutorial that will show me how to adjust the default settings of lightroom to convert NEFs like Capture NX?

Capture NX default setting seem much more natural and rich.

I apologize in advance if this post seems ignorant.
