Book printing

Hello,

I need to print a book for a corporate client. This will be a one-off (with 2 backups), 150 pages, full color, custom cover (likely leather with embossing, or with a foil-stamp, or other technique). The is for a parting gift for a CEO, so it must be high quality.

The book will likely be designed in-house in CS3, and will be provided in either native files or pdf.

Any reccommendations on one-off printers for these sorts of books?.. I've looked at some of the wedding book printers, but the ones I've seen don't seem to handle the larger books.
