Quick advice - 70-200 2.8 VR in Grand Canyon and Utah!

Hello!

I need a quick advice. I am leaving tomorrow for Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Page - Antelope Canyon, and Arches and Canyonland NP with my wife and two kids. I am bringing my D200, Sigma 10-20 and Nikon 17-55 2.8. I cannot decide if I should bring my Nikon 70-200 VR. Will I carry it and not use it or will I regret leaving it at home?
