17-40 zoom ring not fluid

Hello,

Please for those that have the 17-40 can you tell me when you turn the zoom ring if around 22mm you feel a little resistance.

I sent my 17-40 to canon one month ago because the focus mecanism was whistling, they fix it. And now i have it for one month and i don't remenber it did this before.
