good head arrangement for monopod? (arca-swiss)

Looking for recommendations for monopod head arrangements
...to go with my D200 with grip and RRS L-bracket (arca-swiss).

Any suggestions?

Is the Manfrotto 3232 on the monopod with a clamp like the "RRS B2 AS II clamp with M6 screw" a good arrangement??
