which grip for G7 do you use

On the page giving info about grips there are several versions and I wonder who uses what, if any. First is Richard's with ring, grip, thumb rest. Then Nguyen Quy H with the vinyl bumpers, Frank de Witt with aluminum anodized grip and Martin's with stuff that keeps stair covering from slipping. I may not have these exact but most have probably read the page and know what I mean. What do you use and do you like it?
