K100D has much better noise than K10D. This was one of the reasons I prefered it. Usable ISO 3200.

Is there any advantage of having both the k100d and the k10d with
out having to switch lenses? k100d with 16-45? and k10d with
50-200? With the k100d body so inexpensive it just seems cost
effective to use that camera for macro work and the k100d for
distant shots.
