How to handle workflow? I'm almost overwhelmed.

I'm still refining my workflow and I've been trying to turn to the pros to adopt some of their hard earned lessons. These are some of the better sources I've found:

The following is the best description of how to use lightroom that I have seen. It also has a great abbreviated description of a RAW workflow that can be readily adapted to a jpg or mixed workflow. They have great file naming and storing advice.

Digital Outback also has more detailed treatments that I have not read yet, but I am tempted to get at least the following:

(shortened version) (210 pages)
