Camera not syncing

I have a new lighting set up and have only used it once; it worked great. I tried to use it last night and when I shot I only got 3/4 of the picture. I am using a pocket wizard plus on camera and on the my main light. My problem is that I tried it with the sync cord that came with the lights and it did the same thing. I am afraid it might be my camera! Can anyone help with suggestions or maybe this has happened to you.
