my favorite lens

is my only lens - 50 f/1.8 II

I decided to buy the 350d with this lens and only this lens first to learn DSLR photography after having been an SLR user for a little over a year.

My goal was to become highly proficient with this lens before moving to a zoom, but after two months of shooting and having seen the range this gem can cover with a little crop here and there, I'm not sure if I want to go with zooms or just stick with primes.

These photos aren't the best, but I think they show what a wide range the 50 can cover on my crop body. I love it
