Camera protection for Deep Sea Marlin Quest

I'm heading to Hawaii for my friends' wedding and the day before we are all going on a Marlin Quest. I'm bringing the D200 with me. I'm sure there will be spray and splatter. Can you recommend decent protection that will keep the salt water off the camera and lens?
