New compact advise

I have an SLR digital camera, but I am looking for a compact P&S for small events to fit in the pocket kind of camera.
I have narrowed it down to Sony DSC-W55. I want to stay in the 200 or less price range. Nice big LCD, 7.2MP is great, and excellent battery life.
Any comments, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
