ArcSoft Panorama Maker 4 Pro

I just upgraded to ArcSoft's Panorama Maker 4 Pro. I have liked the software in the past. For some reason, I cannot load tiffs into the program. I get a icon of a palm tree with the frame of the picture cut in half. I imagine this means I cannot load tifs. I can load jpegs just fine.
