any dvds on movie set lighting?

I'm really interested in learning about lighting on a movie set. Does anyone know of a DVD that has bonus features that shows what the DP is doing and how they are lighting the set? I think this would really be beneficial to photographers and cinematographers as well, as it shows the lights and their positions in a 3-D space. I know that a trick to get that cinematic look is to mix tungsten with flourescent lighting, but I'd love to see how it's all arranged and put together. Any tips would be appreciated
