Firmware update

I'm still hesitating to update...
I use a Viking 256MB and a Ridata 256MB.
Are there any known problems with these cards with the firmware 121e ?

Has anyone got the 021e firmware as a file, so I could reinstall that if I'm not happy with the new firmware?

I did ask Minolta Switzerland, they refused to give me the file "as Minolta Europe (Germany) has not yet approved it". Minolta UK didn't respond to an email.

Did somebody try with the japanese 021j to get back to 021e or 021u, somebody did that to upgrade to 121e with the 121u and one japanese file...
