No Paper User Manual for 1D3?

I was looking on the B&H site at the 1D3 and the included items list "Instruction Manual on CD-ROM". That would be really crummy if Canon didn't supply a paper owner's manual for a $4,000 complex pro body. A CD-ROM won't do me much good in my camera bag.
