Book publishing

PLease help!

Yesterday I was playing with a friends Mac and Aperture and found the most wonderful tool. He presents his images by having Apple publish his images in a book that he designs within Aperture. This book he then saves, send to Apple who publish and return it to you.

I've seen the output and it oozed quality. Now, I don't run Apple but want this facility - anyone know who produces such software and printing services that can handle this need?
