Vista - XP Calibratiing?

I was wondering if I had XP and Vista setup as a dual boot - if I had to calibrate my monitor in both XP and Vista - I use Gretag MacBeth Color One - I have it calibrated in XP - would the calibration hold to the monitor in Vista or would it have to have another separate calibration done in Vista ? I haven't installed Vista yet - but I'm considering it.
