Monitor selection ???

I am looking at 2 monitors,NEC 2070NX and the Samsung 213T.
Can anyone give me some feedback/opinions on these 2 screens?
I',m upgrading from a 7 year old Dell 17in crt.
Mostly used for photoshop image editing.
